JOMAA Scholarship Application
The JOMAA Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors of Upward Bound, East Stroudsburg University Chapter. The PMLV UB Alumni Association chooses recipients. The ideal applicants are students who can articulate how Upward Bound has impacted their lives and helped shape their future. Applicants must have attended Upward Bound at ESU for two to four years and have concrete plans for continuing education at a college or university.
